We’re looking forward to joining UTS Startups for Spark Festival 2026, with two free, in-person sessions on Friday 25 September.
First up is Demystifying Term Sheets from 12-1 pm, with Sydney Angels Committee member Richard Dale, who’ll talk through what term sheets are, why they’re used and what founders and investors should understand about them.

Then from 1-2 pm, Philip Argy will lead Angel Investing 101, an introduction to early-stage investing and the startup funding landscape. It’s a good session for anyone interested in angel investing, as well as founders who’d like to better understand things from an investor’s perspective.
